Tuition and Late Charges

Tuition

Child Care fees, set by the Board of Education, are figured by the total number of school days for each year and averaged out on a monthly basis.  The August child care fee is included in the December billing cycle. Before, After and Extended Child Care billing is processed through the school office payment during the school year.  Drop In billing is due the following month.  The summer tuition is due on the first day of each week and weekly statements are available upon request.    A late fee of $10.00 will be added to the weekly rate after the third day.   Vacation Child care days are in addition to the regular school calendar, which will be paid ahead.  The Child Care offers free care for children of parent volunteers while they work on site with the school from 12:00pm-6pm provided the teacher-child care ratio is not violated.

Late Charges
Late charges of $1.00 per minute will start accruing each minute after 6:00pm.  All late pick-up fees are due on the day of service and payable to the caregiver in charge on a “per family” basis.

Child Release

Children will be released only to the authorized adults listed on the application. If an adult, other than one of those listed is to picking up a child, please send a written note with your signature notifying the child care office as soon as possible.  Every adult should be prepared to show a photo I.D. when picking up his or her child.  For those parents who are separated or divorced, please state clearly on the child’s application form who is authorized to pick up that child. The adult dropping off or picking up must sign in and out the child daily.
Note:  Child Care reserves the right not to release children to an adult without proper identification.
