pastorstenson_150.jpg   The Rev. Sherman David Stenson was called to serve as Associate Pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church & School in January 2007 and was ordained and installed here in Austin on March 18, 2007.   Pastor Stenson received his Master of Divinity degree from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana, majoring in Pastoral Ministry & Missions and minoring in Historical Theology. A life-long Lutheran, Pastor Stenson came to the LCMS as a layperson when it became clear that his former denomination, the ELCA, was no longer adhering to the truths of the Bible and the Lutheran confessions and was no longer an orthodox Christian church.
