Come join the fourth grade adventures with your tour guide, Mrs. Kelli Belt.

 Fourth grade is a year filled with lots of fun and learning.  Throughout the year students develop friendships and teamwork through cooperative learning and faith building activities.

We immerse ourselves in literature, literature, and more literature!  From forming literature groups to creating and presenting book report projects the students are able to form their own ideas and demonstrate their understanding of the books they choose to read.  Time is spent developing their writing skills through various formal and informal writing activities.

The students enjoy creating the “Beltville” community through learning about Texas History.  They take “journeys” into outer space and through the water cycle.  They investigate electricity and microscopes.  All of these learning experiences are richly enhanced through participation in numerous field trips and cooking activities.

 We also learn songs and jingles to help us remember math skills.
