The 8th grade year at St. Paul is an exciting year.  The students are
finally "top dog" and get to do lots of exciting things.  Our 8th graders
have the opportunity to participate in many things including taking Algebra
and Spanish for high school credit.  They also may be involved in Student
Council and National Honor Society.  A class trip to west Texais being planned for the spring.
                                                                   
There are many more opportunities for the 8th graders but their biggest
challenge is to be school leaders.  They are to follow God's commands and be
Christian leaders.  They are to show respect for adults as well as to other
students and lead by example.  

Being Christian leaders and participating in many school opportunities
make the 8th grade year exciting.  We pray that all the students will be
successful and have great memories of St. Paul Lutheran School.
