Dress Code
The purpose of the Student Dress Standards is to establish guidelines and norms for the proper dress and grooming of all of St. Paul’s students.  The goal of these standards is to encourage positive attitudes, support proper behavior, exhibit good taste, and emphasize comfort, health and safety.  Our dress standards are designed to discourage expensive and/or distasteful clothing fads, which distract from the learning environment.  The School Board, with faculty input, reserves the right to modify, adjust, etc. the various articles of clothing specified.

Attendance Policies
Attendance does affect a student's academic achievement.  Students who attend school regularly perform better in class.  ST. PAUL LUTHERAN SCHOOL EXPECTS EVERY STUDENT TO BE IN SCHOOL AND ON TIME EVERY DAY.  St. Paul policies on absenteeism, tardiness, late arrival, and early dismissal.

Behavior Expectations
LIVING THE CHRISTIAN LIFE

Learning Christian discipline is an integral part of the learning process.  Behavior expectations are clearly explained by each teacher with his/her class and are based on mutual love and respect between the teacher and student.  Christ’s love for us demands appropriate behavior towards one another as we grow in the Christian life he has in mind for us.  Age appropriate steps are in place for helping the children understand the consequences and rewards that go along with behavior expectations.
