Click here for the 2008-09 School Year Rates & Fees. Before School Care Supervised Before School Care is available to ages 3 year old to 8th graders from 7:00am to 7:30am in the cafeteria starting the first day of school and ending the last full day of school.
Extended Care
Supervised Extended Care is available to our Pre-kindergarten program starting at lunch, beginning the first day of school and ending the last full day of school. Daily activities include playing outdoors or in the gym, naptime, snack, and story time. Children who stay for a nap should bring a small pillow and a small blanket, which need to be labeled with the child’s name. Please refrain from sending stuffed toys for nap and/or favorite items that could be misplaced or lost. All nap items will be sent home at the end of each week to be washed and returned the first day of the following week.
The extended care times are as followed:
12:00pm-3: 45pm (includes recess, naptime, snack time and short recess)
12:00pm-4: 45pm (includes the above plus story time and craft)
12:00pm-6:00pm (includes the above plus centers and/or movie)
If your child is picked up after 6:00pm, late charges will begin to accumulate. Please see Late Changes for more information.
After School Care
Supervised After School Care begins immediately after the release of Kindergarten through 8th grade students starting the first day of school and ending the last day of school. The students will be grouped into small groups. The activities include snack time, recess, and homework time. If your child is picked up after 6:00pm, late charges will begin to accumulate. Please see Late Changes for more information.
Drop-In Service
You may drop your child in childcare if you have notified the director preferably in writing at least the day before. Your child may attend Preschool Child care from 12pm-6:00pm and for children in Kindergarten through 8th grade from 3:30pm – 6:00pm. Drop-in fees are billed after the end of the month. Also, children who are not picked up from school within 15 minutes will be automatically placed in childcare as a drop-in and taken to the cafeteria.
Vacation Child Care Days (VCC)
Child Care will be offered from 7:00am to 6:00pm on most working days when the school is closed. On all VCC days the cafeteria is closed and YOUR CHILD MUST BRING A SACK LUNCH. Two snacks will be provided. VCC rates are not included in the regular monthly payments for school tuition or other Child Care days. VCC days are optional and you must pay ahead for the day or days your child will be attending. Please note: if not enough children are registered to attend, the payment will be refunded and Child Care will be canceled for that day.
