The Child Care Director is a degreed, experienced professional fulfilling and surpassing all state requirements.
All other Child care staff members are selected for their outstanding abilities. Staff members are required by the state to have a criminal history check, signed affidavit, CPR, First Aid training, and 8 hours of training before entering the classroom. During the year each staff member will also obtain 15 hours of training in order to improve his or her skills.
