CAFETERIA INFORMATION

Our new lunch program is going well.   An Affair To Remember, a family owned and operated company, is adjusting to us as we are adjusting to them.

Outlined below are the procedures that, are necessary to make this process work smoothly.  If you have any questions, please contact us.

1.      A monthly lunch menu will be attached to every Friday Feature and can also be found here on the website.
2.      On Monday mornings these menus will be collected from all students planning to eat lunch the following week so that we can submit a count to the caterer.  Please be sure to keep a copy for yourself as well.  If possible, please submit monthly menu choices and payment to match.  This procedure helps lighten the paperwork load for us.
3.      Lunch cards must be purchased in advance and will be available on Monday mornings (or the first day of the week) at the prices listed below. 
4.      Payment should be made in cash or check payable to St. Paul. 
5.      Students choosing not to have lunch on certain days must bring a cold lunch.  Please note – refrigerators and microwaves are not available to the students.
6.      Any adult eating must give the school 72 hours notice and include payment.

Cost per meal: 
        PK – 4th grade = $3.50
        5th – 8th grade = $3.75
        High School and Adults = $4.00

A menu for August is attached to this letter and has been sent via email.  On Wednesday, August 20, students must turn in a menu with their lunch choices noted on it for the remainder of August.  Lunch cards may be purchased at the prices listed above and will be kept by the teachers. 

On Friday, August 22, the September menu will be sent out.   Please return student choices for the first week in September by Monday, August 25.
