Application Forms

The application form should be completed in their entirety. Then the forms and a $100.00 application fee should be submitted to SPLS for review.

FINANCIAL AID:
Financial assistance may be available to those who qualify. Click the “Admissions” tab on the school portion of the website to find the link for FAST under the “Tuition” tab.
