My name is Margie Pacey. After graduating from Concordia University here in Austin in 2001, I began teaching Fifth grade at St. Paul Lutheran School. I also teach Kindergarten through fourth grade Choir and Music and Fifth and Sixth grade Music Education. I enjoy watching movies, geocaching, reading, singing in the choir, and playing my clarinet and guitar. I am originally from Robertsdale, Alabama (about an hour east of Mobile ) and still go back home to visit my family during the summer and Christmas holidays. I have two brothers, one of whom is also a teacher and a sister who is studying to become a high school teacher.
In August, 2011, I received my Masters in Music Education with an emphasis on the Kodaly method of teaching.
Anyone who knows me will tell you I am a huge Star Wars fan!
